I started reading "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" in English. I read it in Japanese many years ago, but I can't remember very well. So I will enjoy reading it as if I read it for the first time!
I read Harry Potter books for my English study. I have Japanese version, English version, and Audiobooks in English. It was difficult for me at first, but I was surprised that I could understand the last book pretty well!
I borrowed this book from the university library. It is really as good as new, even though Japanese one in the library is wore out. I guess it means that our students rarely borrow the book. By the way, I am interested in how to learn English using audiobooks.
Listening audiobooks is my favorite English study. I don't know how, but I gradually came to understand English audiobooks by listening to it. I don't read while I listen to audiobooks, but some people prefer to read the script while they listen to the audiobooks. Audible.com is a good site. You can enjoy twice as many books by listening books!
